Please place contact information for the person able to allow us access in the comment section. If the property is located in a gated community please place the GATE CODE IN THE COMMENT SECTION. If our contractor is not able to gain access due to an invalid lockbox or gate code, key not working, the property is occupied, etc. a $4.00 credit will be issued.

This Work Order will include:

Exterior

• Photo of the front of the house head-on.

• Photo of the back of the house.

• Photo of the right side of the house.

• Photo of the left side of the house.

• Photo(s) of the backyard.

• Photo of the right side of the house at a 45-degree angle (you should get a little of the side also).

• Photo of the left side of the house at a 45-degree angle (you should get a little of the side also).

• Photo of the street scene right.

• Photo of the street scene left.

• Photo of the address verification – mailbox or address on house (if available)

• Photo of the street name sign.

• Obvious damage.

• If applicable: Central air unit, Pool, pool pump, hot tub, patio, lanai, deck, balcony, storage shed, and small barn.Interior

• Photo(s) of each bathroom.

• Photo of under the sink.

• Photo(s) of each bedroom.

• Photo(s) of all other rooms.

• Photo(s) of the kitchen.

• Photo of under the sink – pipes should be in view and trash disposal if present.

• Photos of appliances in the kitchen (you may be able to get many in one photo).

• Photo(s)of the dining room or dining area.

• Photo(s)of the garage if applicable.

• Obvious damage.

If our contractor is not able to gain access due to the property being located in a Gated or Guarded Community;

Your order will include: 

• 1 photo of the closed gate.

• 1 photo of the community sign.

• 1 photo of the adjacent street scene to the right.

• 1 photo of the adjacent street scene to the left.

• 1 photo of the street sign on the adjacent street.

• 3 Additional community images such as a guardhouse, landscape, etc.
