We will NOT issue credits/refunds for videos that do not have a smooth flow or background noise. Since many videos are large, your completed video will be stored on our website in the order details for a max of 15 days. You may download the video to your computer.

Our videos will NOT have our company name on them. This order pertains to a Single Family Residential Property up to 2800 square feet with electricity on. If the electricity is off, we cannot be liable for dark interiors. For multifamily properties or larger properties, please use the Video Evaluation – Multifamily Residential House.

The exterior will include footage of

• Street scenes – 360 degrees from the front of the property 

• Front of the house 

• The rear of the house. 

• Both sides of the house. 

• Address if listed on the house 

• f applicable: Central air unit, Pool, pool pump, hot tub, patio, lanai, deck, balcony, and storage shed, barn, or external structures.Interior will include footage of

• All bedrooms 

• All Bathrooms 

• Kitchen. 

• Major appliances in the kitchen. 

• Dining room or dining area. 

• Garage if applicable. 

• Major damage. 

• If applicable and accessible: Air handler(s), furnace/boiler, water heater, electric panel, etc
