Our videos will NOT have our company name on them. This order pertains to a Single Family Residential Property up to 2800 square feet with electricity on. If the electricity is off, we cannot be liable for dark interiors. For multifamily properties or larger properties, please use the Video Evaluation – Multifamily Residential House.

• Both sides of the house. 

• Address if listed on the house 

• if applicable: Central air unit, Pool, pool pump, hot tub, patio, lanai, deck, balcony, and storage shed, barn or external structures.Interior will include footage of

• All bedrooms 

• All Bathrooms 

• Kitchen. 

• Major appliances in the kitchen. 

• Dining room or dining area. 

• Garage if applicable. 

• Major damage.
