• Two or more pictures of the front of the house. Back away far enough to see the whole dwelling including the roof.

• Both sides of the house.

• Rear of the house. The roof should be in the photograph if possible. If the yard is fenced just do the best you can.

• 1 clear close-up photo of the ADDRESS (either on the mailbox or on the house). No address on the house or mailbox? Include a photo of the neighbor’s addresses to prove the proximity. Also, include a comment stating so.

• If you see a trampoline, swimming pool, or skateboard ramp, please take a photo of it. Looking for fencing and locked gates if there is a pool or trampoline, so if you see gates or fencing please take a photo of it.

• If you see a dog or dog house please take a photo of it.

• If you see a security service sign please take a photo of it.

• If you see any tree limbs close to the roof or touching the roof please take a photo of it.

• If there is a detached garage, a photo will be needed for all four sides. You can combine photos of the detached garage with the dwelling if possible, separate photos not required. *** If our contractor is not able to gain access to the property due to the property having a security gate, a credit of $4.00 will be applied to your account. *** If you enter an invalid address, a credit of $4.00 will be applied to your account.
